2. Hosting (IONOS) and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, and HTTP status code.
Purpose: Provision of the website, stability, and IT security.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).
Storage period: Storage takes place for a technically necessary period; longer retention only occurs when required by a specific event, for example security-related incidents.
Processor relationship: The hosting provider processes personal data within the framework of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Contact by email
When contact is made by email, the transmitted data is processed in order to handle the inquiry and clarify any follow-up questions if necessary.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business inquiries.
Storage period: The data will be deleted after the inquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Business correspondence may, in individual cases, be retained longer due to commercial or tax law requirements.
4. Contact via WhatsApp
WhatsApp can also be used for direct contact. When using WhatsApp, communication is carried out via a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited for users in the European region.
When using WhatsApp, communication data, usage data, and device and connection information in particular may be processed by WhatsApp. For messages sent to businesses, WhatsApp also points out that content may be visible within the company and may also be processed by commissioned service providers where applicable.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business inquiries.
Note: WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to data processing by WhatsApp. It cannot be ruled out that data may also be processed by affiliated Meta companies.
5. Cookies / website functionality
This website does not use analytics, marketing, or profiling cookies.
Only technically necessary functions are used that are required for secure delivery and the basic display of the website. If a display preference such as light mode or dark mode is stored locally, this is done solely to provide the presentation requested by the user.

This website uses TLS/SSL encryption. Access to administrative areas and communication services is limited to what is necessary and technically secured.
